Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Workspace and Adaptive Search

When attempting to publish Workspace, the following error occurs.

Error:Subrequest 1111111 with name CrawlerForEntityBatchJobDef failed: [Error:oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.apps.crmCommon.elasticSearch.publicModel.index.TooManyFailuresException, msg=Exceeded maximum number of failures while crawling 'CRMProduct' with uuid 'zzzz-dddd-222e' in request 222222 [............]
