Unable To Delete Application Role With Single Quotes In FAW Security Console (Doc ID 2993545.1)

An Application Role was accidentally created in single quotes, i.e 'TEST APPLICATION ROLE'.

FAW Console will not allow admins to remove this group or add any groups to it.

The desired action is to delete it and then re-add the Application Role without the single quotes.
