Symptoms

When attempting to submit a rating on a Learning item, the following error occurs.

Try again. If the issue persists, contact the help desk.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to Me->Learning->Select any Course that was completed
2. Click Actions->Rate Learning
3. Input the rating information and click SUBMIT
4. Error occurs
