Issue With Partial Allocation For Transfers With More Than 1 Carton For Same Item (Doc ID 2993806.1)

It is not possible to create partial allocations in case of transfers with more than one carton for the same item.

Steps To Reproduce:

Create a transfer in MFCS between distribution centers for 150 units.
Send the transfer to the OWMS.
Distribute in OWMS.
The transfer is shipped in 2 different containers (cartons) with quantity as 50 and 100.
The information is uploaded to MFCS and the shipment and shipment details are created.
In Allocation application, go to Create Standard Allocation screen, and search by BOL number.
Create allocation for 80 units. Save and approve.
Now try to search again on Create Standard Allocation screen to allocate remaining quantity. Search does not return the item anymore.
