Fusion Global HR: Nudges Feature Is Not Working For Pending Workers (Doc ID 2993883.1)

Symptoms

 Nudge configuration is created to trigger an email to the line managers in case pending worker doesn't complete the Journey task, but the email is not being triggered to the line managers. The error log shows the message "Could not send emails to 0 users, as work email is not found"
