Project Search With Global Search - Error : FND-6603 (Doc ID 2993997.1)

Symptoms

When Searching 'Project' in Global search field on homepage, the user is facing error :  The user needs to enable the global search without error message and needs to enable the functionality.

The message is encountered whenever types anything anything and press 'Enter' on Access - Homepage >> Global Search - Projects >> Click 'Enter' >> Error:

FND-6603 Search is not currently available

Cause You do not have permission or an application error has occurred.

Action Try the search again or contact your system administrator
