Goal
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Subledger Period Close Exception Report shows exceptions with status Final for current open period, Nov-23.
Expectation is that all transactions would be posted to GL after running the Create Accounting program and after selecting Transfer to GL.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Run Subledger Period Close Exception Report for Cost Management and see exceptions 'Final but not transferred' for Nov-23 current period.
2. Run Post Subledger Journal Entries and see message:
