FA:SCM:CST: Subledger Period Close Exception Report shows exceptions: Accounted But Not Transferred To GL (Doc ID 2994140.1)

Subledger Period Close Exception Report shows exceptions with status Final for current open period, Nov-23.

Expectation is that all transactions would be posted to GL after running the Create Accounting program and after selecting Transfer to GL.


1. Run Subledger Period Close Exception Report for Cost Management and see exceptions 'Final but not transferred' for Nov-23 current period.

2. Run Post Subledger Journal Entries and see message: 


       Transfer to General Ledger Summary
         Journal Entries Transferred: 0
         Journal Entries Not Transferred: 0

       The journal import request 123456 has failed for the ledger ABC_CORP.   Details: See the journal import report for more details.


3. Run Journal Import Execution Report and see error:
