Symptoms

While attempting to update cost center information of employee, the following error occurs:

The primary work relationship attribute of the assignment with effective start date and effective sequence 2 does not match the work relationship.

Also, the corruption was not caught by the diagnostic tests (Employment Diagnostic Auto Correct, Invalid Primary Flags - Report, Invalid Primary Flags - Report V2).
