Symptoms

In the Results SA within the Journal Details report, drilling down based on the header group identifier triggers browsing delays exceeding 30 minutes without any error message displayed.

Although adding additional filters such as "Account" improves performance by reducing the data volume, the requirement remains to view all journal details under a given header group identifier.
