Goal

We are trying to patch in Stage and get the error below

C++ exception: vector::_M_range_check: __n (which is 9) >= this->size() (which is 9)
SqlSession::release Got RPAS OciErrorException: OciErrorException
OCI_ERROR - (24795):
SQL Sid 'rpas_batch_conn' ORA-24795: Illegal ROLLBACK attempt made

Checking more details, the patch is trying to load some files.
