On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Manage Award/Contract

Why Roles listed on Award are not transferring to the Award Contract ?

Roles and Users listed on the Award Personnel tab are not transferring to the Contract Parties Tab. We use the roles on the contract for workflow approval.
