ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System Error Encountered navigating portal/notebook related to a Sub-SA (SA/Adjustment)
Navigating portal/notebook related to a Sub-SA (SA/Adjustment) to which its Master SA is missing the SP in SA/SP will display a system error
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A descriptive message should be displayed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Master SA Type -- H2O-FLT(Water - Flat(pending meter installation))
Detail tab -- Sub SA -- uncheck the check box
2. Sub SA Type: WH-T-FLT(Wastewater - Flat - Sub(pending meter installation))
Detail tab -- Sub SA -- Checked the check box
3. Master SA -- SA/SP tab
There is no SP configured.
4. SUB SA

a. SA Relationship -- navigating to sub SA -- got error
System error. Please see the logs for more details.
b. Navigate to the Adjustment portal/notebook for the Sub SA via the ‘Previous’ or ‘Next’ button.
