Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Construction Pay App does not reflect on the SOV.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SOV should be reflecting updates.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Prod environment as the user.
  2. Navigate to the Project.
  3. Navigate to the Construction Pay App Tab and notice the SOV for the contract does not reflect on the Pay App.
