Symptoms
Power users are able to run Import and Validate successfully in DM, but the Export fails with an error: "{'otherReasons':[],'memberNames':[<member list>],'readOnlyReasons':['Security']}". Administrators are able to load data without a problem; affected Power Users could previously load data.
