Date Emphasis is not Honored for a Multistop Scenario with "Hold as Late as Possible" Parameter Set to = 'True' (Doc ID 2995648.1)

Symptoms

Customer is setting the Date Emphasis as "DELV" on their order constraints tab and have also enabled the parameter "HOLD AS LATE AS POSSIBLE " = True but it is only working as expected for direct shipments, in the case of Multi-stop Shipment its taking shipment start time as system time and not holding the shipment as late as it should


Steps to Replicate the issue

  1. Create two orders with a late delivery date populated only - and for each order set the field DATE EMPHASIS on constraints tab to DELV
  2. Set the HOLD AS LATE AS POSSIBLE parameter set to TRUE in the planning parameters
  3. Bulk plan the two orders into a multi stop shipment
  4. Notice the shipment is not held as late as possible
