On : APEX 22.1 version, Administration

When attempting to create a new APEX object,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_220100.WWV_DICTIONARY_CACHE_OBJ_IDX2) violated


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access APEX after a server crash/restart


Changes

 The environment where APEX is installed has been restarted due to a crash/unexpected event.
