Symptoms
User is unable to delete the existing data from the asset approval rules spreadsheet.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the approval rules spreadsheet
2. Try to delete the existing data from the approval rules spreadsheet
