Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

Orphan records were added in PER_PERSON_ADDR_USAGES_F and PER_PERSON_NAMES_F tables but no assignment or work relationship data exists for these records. Even PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F table doesn't have the record.
