Requirement is to create report on HELP DESK: HR Service Requests Real Time, for the column name, "# of HR Service Requests."

How to modify these facts to calculate the following?


How many SRs were created between last 24 to 48 hours?

How many SRs were created > 48 hours ago ?

How many SRs were created in the last 24 hours?
