Sequence Numbering does not apply to Contract Terms Templates.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Sequence Numbering must apply to Contract Terms Templates.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contracts Management > Click on Terms Library.
2. Search for Terms Templates > unable to find a way to apply Auto numbering or Sequence Numbering to Terms Templates.
