Event code is received when open newly pasted project

Event Code: VDBBO-2447-4
Message: VDBengine.BeginOperation: Cannot start : Opening Projects Already in the middle of an operation: Paste Baseline Project Stored Procedure

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login P6.
  2. Open project that was just copy/paste, user receives error message VDBBO-2447-4.
