Payment Request Invoice Got Loaded With Missing LOSR In Line2 (Doc ID 2996389.1)

Symptoms

User is able to load Payment request with two line, even when one of LOSR is kept blank. In template, LOSR shows mandatory, but for two line payment request, user is able to keep it blank for one line and still get Payment request loaded.
