Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Project Checker utility remains unresponsive when generating a report.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Project checker reports should complete as expected.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to P6 Professional.
- Start Project Checker.
- In Project Checker, select a project.
- Select "Run Report".
- Observe the Primavera.ImportExport.exe process enter an indefinite "not responding" status.
