Symptoms

In Visual Builder 23.10.3 (OIC Gen3/VB Gen2) when trying to connect to an external Database via jdbc to an Oracle database the following error is reported:

"Failed to verify the target database. Login timeout specified by DataSource.setLoginTimeout(int) or by the oracle.jdbc.loginTimeout property has expired. Admin connection to target database failed with user: "xyz"
