Symptoms

Problem Description:

After attaching a document in the Comments and Attachments region of the job offer in Recruiting, internal documents are not available in the Transaction Summary View (transaction console) nor in the Job Offer Approval Notification.

 

This issue can also occur with requisition attachments and/or the Requisition Approval Notification.
