Error while updating resource assignment finish date
As per HCM records, the termination date is ok, but while updating resource assignment finish date to 30/11/23, we are facing error.

You can't adjust the assignment date range to finish after YYYY-MMM-DD because the resource isn't active after that date

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From Manage Project Resource Assignments page - while updating resource assignment finish date to a specific date, we are facing the above error.
