Symptoms
Load HMRC XML File failing with:
"Error in decryption in PGP Crypto Processor"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ran the HMRC data retrieval process.
2. Submit the process "Load HMRC XML File".
3. Error is triggered.
