Symptoms

• The list of “Skills I’m developing”, and “Skills I have” are not getting updated after employee mark skills as “To develop” or attained.
• Not able see the banners for career development, learning and career ambassador in the skill center.
• Manager assigns the core skills to the employee. Ran the “propagate dynamic skills to worker” process and “Ess Job to create index definition and perform initial ingestions to OCSC. Can see the propagated skills in the process log file but the new skills are not reflected in the employee’s skill center page.
• Run AI suggested skills for learning items process, but the process is not generating skills for courses.
