Scope
Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Integration to Oracle Digital Asset Cloud Service supports the following business processes:
- Customer Data Synchronization: Synchronizes Persons, Service Points, and Service Agreements in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) with Contacts, Metered Serviced Points, and Metered Services (respectively) in Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service (DACS). Data synchronization includes both initial synchronization upon set up as well as ongoing incremental synchronization to reflect changes in customer data over time.
- Synchronization Acknowledgement: Positive or negative acknowledgement sent from Oracle Digital Asset Cloud Service to Oracle Customer Cloud Service for incremental synchronization.
