Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Error is encountered while renewing the Contract through the Action > Renew menu, even after all the renewal rules were configured in the system.

ERROR

"You must set up renewal rules before you can renew a contract. (OKC-196575)"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Open the Contract.

2. Select Actions > Renew.

3. Observe the error occur.
