Symptoms
An error occurs while editing the geography reference data hierarchy.
ERROR

A geography with this name already exists under the parent geography. Enter a unique name. (HZ-120531)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application as administrator
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Geographies
3. Search for Country Code
4. Click on Hierarchy Defined
5. Expand the hierarchy to the desired geography
6. Click Actions > Create (or the Create icon (+)) or Actions > Edit (or the Edit icon)
7. Make a change
8. Click the Save and Close button; the error occurs
