Symptoms

Error while saving an address.

ERROR
-----------------------
You can't save this address because at least one of the address elements is invalid. (HZ-120485)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Sales > Accounts (or whichever object having the issue)
3. Search and edit an account (or whichever object having the issue)
4. Switch to the Profile subtab, Address region and add/edit the address (or where ever the address is on the ect having the issue)
5. Click the Save and Close button; the error occurs

This error will occur only if Geography Validation Control is set to Error. Before making any change to this configuration, ensure that it will not impact the implementation as in some use cases a validated address is required.

In order to verify or change Geography Validation Control:
1. Sign-on to application as administrator
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Geographies
3. Search for Country
4. Click on Validation Defined
5. Under section Geography Validation Control, see Geography Validation Level for Country
Error = incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be saved
No Validation = incorrect or incomplete addresses can be saved
