Multi Currency Flag Enabled In Bank Account (Doc ID 2998130.1)

Some bank accounts with a currency different than ledger currency are having the multi-currency flag enabled.

The multi-currency option is not available for use when the bank account is having the currency different than the ledger currency. It can neither be updated once the bank account has been created.

This causes issues, because when this flag is enabled the user can create payments with any currency and when they try to reconcile it, the system raises an error.
