When attempting to load the External Bank Account and External Bank Account Owner records using HDL via sample syntax below

the following error occurs.

ERROR

You can't supply multiple data lines for the same record in the same file because the component ExternalBankAccount isn't date-effective

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Attempt to load the attached External Bank Account and External Bank Account Owner records using HDL
2. Encounter the error message above
