Work Order Area Is Not Populating In Fusion Service (Doc ID 2998565.1)

Goal

When we are trying to create a workorder with Oracle Fusion Cloud Field Service, after selecting the relevant fields like Contact, Address, Time Zone and Activity Type, we are presented with the following error message: "The area for the work order wasn't found. Verify the values and re-query. Work order areas are filtered based on the following fields: PostalCode, Time Zone, Type. If you entered the correct values for these fields, a work order area matching this criteria wasn't defined during setup. Contact your field service administrator for assistance."

Although we have created the work zones in OFS and assigned it to the resource, we are still getting the above message.
