Goal

The goal of this document is to understand how to increase the timeout value of an integration substep.

OHI Component: Oracle Insurance Gateway (OIG)
OHI Version: 3.22.2.0.13


DeliverPayloadToWorkflow step in exchange getting timed out as the payload is big.
We have a =n exchange where it is failing in a DELIVERY step to a REST destination (workflow destination in this case).
Since the payload to be sent to the destination is huge, it is not able to return the confirmation within 30000 ms and below error is thrown.
