Goal

RMS users have no access to cancel/delete Approved POs

RMS users have no access to cancel/delete Approved POs - pop up error: "Customer Orders cannot be edited. Changing to view mode".

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Orders
  2. Manage Orders
  3. Enter PO# and click Search.

There is no action option to delete approved POs.
