Symptoms
When using the functionality in MFCS for Franchise orders: 'Validate Availability for External Franchise orders', it only creates a transfer when the customer is in automatic approval mode.
When the customer is not in automatic approval, you have to go through the screen, review the order and approve it manually for the transfer to be created.
