Business Process Does Not Send Notifications of 'Add General Comments' and 'Add/Remove Attachment' When Event Occurs (Doc ID 2999077.1)

Symptoms

When the Business Process (BP) Setup > Notification tab has the 'Add General Comments' and 'Add/Remove Attachments' settings enabled/checked:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a user adds a General Comment, or Adds/Removes an Attachment, Unifier is not sending a notification via e-mail alerting of the event.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For Unifier to send an e-mail when someone adds a General Comment, or Adds/Removes an Attachment, to the Business Process record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the impacted Business Process.
  2. Add a General Comment or Add/Remove an Attachment.
  3. Observe no e-mail is sent from it.
