Symptoms

When loading Job Offer using HDL the load is failing with an error

java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.apps.hcm.recruiting.hiring.offers.core.protectedModel.entity.OfferEOImpl.synchronizeTeamMembers(OfferEOImpl.java:4974) at oracle.apps.hcm.recruiting.hiring.offers.core.protectedModel.entity.OfferEOImpl.prepareForDML(OfferEOImpl.java:4887)
