CFAS Attributes Error On Activation But Visible On The PCS UI

On : 23.1 version, Pricing - Integration
When attempting to activate Promo Offer CFAS , the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload the CFAS template to create the group sets and attributes for the Promo Offer CFAS
2. in MFCS, go to Task for CFAS in Application administration
3. Observe that the CFAS group set is created successfully
4. Click on activate - observe that an error show up saying "the name is already used by an existing object returned by program unit CFA_GEN_SQL.GEN_STG_TBL"
5. Check that the CFA_ATTRIB table for these group id have active_ind as 'N' and enable_ind as 'Y'
6. Login to PCS and open an existing promotion. Select an offer and go to Actions > Other Attributes.
Observe that all the attributes that have active ind as 'N' are still visible on the PCS Promo offer CFAS UI
