Fusion Global HR: Resign From Employment and Terminate Employment Quick Actions Visible in Me and My Team After Upgrade to Release 24A (Doc ID 2999641.1)

Symptoms

In Release 24A, additional actions for assignment termination and assignment resignation are visible without any customization for quick actions. These actions were not visible in Release 23D.
The links are showing even when using V2 terminations.

STEPS

Resign from Employment: This action is visible in Me tab. Navigation:

1. Login as employee
2. Navigate to 'Me' tab > Show more > under Employment section action 'Resign from Employment' is visible.

Terminate Employment: This action is visible in My Team tab. Navigation:

1. Login as manager
2. Navigate to 'My Team' tab > Show more > under 'Employment' section action 'Terminate Employment' is visible.

In case of using V2 termination version, when accessing the above links user is getting below mentioned error after selecting a person:

You can't use the Terminate Employment process because your HR administrator is yet to run the Migrate Employment Data process. (PER-1532746)
