Fusion Global HR: Document Type Page Is Appearing As Blank (Doc ID 2999713.1)

Symptoms

When navigating to the Document Type task, only Document Type heading is shown. The rest is blank.

Steps:

  1. Go to Setup & Maintenance
  2. In the Setup drop-down list select Workforce Deployment
  3. Select the Functional Area Workforce Information
  4. Change the Show drop-down to All Tasks
  5. Click on the Document Type task
  6. Notice that a blank page is loaded
