Symptoms

Item UDA data is not in ICL_RMS_UDA_ITEM_LOV table & not processed to SIOCS after lift & shift.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create UDAs for the items in MFCS.
2. Check for the interface tables in MFCS.
3. Check for the interface tables in SIOCS - no data
4. Check for the base tables in SIOCS - no data

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view their User Defined Attributes in SIOCS.
