Symptoms

After taking the 24A update, Procurement BU errors out with an invalid data message for a valid BU when trying to create a supplier site mapping using the latest VBCS excel add-in template for External Purchase Prices mappings.

Steps to Reproduced:

1. Navigate to Procurement>External Purchase Prices

2. Manage Mappings

3. Download Template

4. Connect with the environment server

5. Supplier Site tab trying to pass the 'Procurement BU Name' and unable to identify the records as valid
