Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When User Preferences has language set to something other than English, the Cash Flow Curve data does not display.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

User Preferences language setting should not affect whether or not the Cash flow curve data displays.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier as a user whose language setting is set to something other than English in User Preferences.
  2. Navigate to shell > costs > cash flow.
  3. Open a cash flow curve.
