Symptoms

When attempting to view shell details. The user has the access to view the shell detail and was previously able to view it, however after clicking on shell details the following error occurs.

An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code [Company name] 511BBF2B69-WAR001-SHELL-xxxx

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log to the environment
  2. Open the shell
  3. Clicks on details below the My dashboard tab.
  4. The following error occurs.
