When trying to upload the file through the Manage Document Types below error is showing:

ERROR

Error: The file uploaded failed.
The file could not be uploaded because is too large


STEPS Followed
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Document Types
3 Select Document type
4. Upload File and getting error

File has 11Mb size
