The Parts Catalog search performed in certain parts catalogs is not returning any results for some users .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

When searching for items in any parts catalog, the corresponding results should be returned.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
================
No results are returned when some users perform a search of items on certain parts catalogs.
