Symptoms
When user is trying to hire new employees as of 1/1/2024, the following error occurs.
"No appropriate payroll time periods exist to allow the creation of a nonrecurring entry. Details: There must be at least one active payroll period in existence at the effective date for the associated employment level"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Client Groups, Hire an Employee.
2. After selecting information to manage, click submit.
3. Error is received upon submission.
